Brand Identity for Ambiance Royale, a luxury hotel & resort based in Marseille, France right on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
For the logomark, the initials of the name - A & R - have been used to create a modern ambigram. The accompanying colour palette subtly hints to the roots and the name, Bleu De France having traditionally been used by the French Monarchy since the 12th century, in heraldry. Gold has been chosen as accent colour as it hints to luxury and elegance.
A pattern has been created using a section of the logomark to be used as a graphic device to complete the brand language, while a secondary badge logo is used as complementary symbol.
The result is a modern identity meant to refresh Ambiance Royal's dated consumer perception and give the hotel a new place in the 21st century French hospitality industry.
